Processing Time
• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
• For custom or pre-order items, please allow 7–10 working days for production before dispatch. (Check product page for specific timelines.)
Delivery Time
• Metro Cities: 4-7 working days after dispatch
• Rest of India: 4-10 working days after dispatch
Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to external courier factors or during peak periods.
Shipping Charges
• Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹799
• ₹49 standard shipping charge for orders below ₹799
• All express delivery orders will be charged ₹99
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation via SMS or email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.
Delivery Issues or Returns to Sender
If your order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipping.
